During a recent press conference at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange headquarters, PBC Executive Director Amy Greensfelder spoke about her Maryland Health Connection experience when she and her family needed health insurance. Maryland Health Connection (MHC) is the state-based marketplace for Marylanders to shop and enroll in health insurance, as well as determine eligibility for Medicaid and other assistance programs. Maryland recently saw its highest number of residents enroll in private health insurance through the marketplace than ever before. Visit MarylandHealthConnection.gov for info.
