Mental health concerns impact both nonprofit staff and program participants: Now is the time for all of us to care for ourselves and each other.

Join Pro Bono Counseling’s staff members and learn how to identify signs of mental health concerns and how to connect to care. In this interactive workshop, information will be shared with participants to help them connect with supportive services for themselves, peers, and clients.

Participants will learn about signs and symptoms that someone would benefit from mental health support and strategies for effectively connecting with mental health care. This workshop will be presented through a trauma-informed and cross-cultural lens.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify signs that mental health support may be needed
  • Acquire skills to discuss mental health concerns with peers
  • Increase awareness of supportive mental health services across the state
